Hank Cunningham, CMB, is senior vice president at Highlands Residential Mortgage. He has been active in community and industry organizations having served in 2011 as Chairman of the Residential Board of Governors (RESBOG) of the Mortgage Bankers Association. He also served on the Board of Directors of MBA from 2009-2012, has been a member of MBA’s Regulatory Reform Task Force, Warehouse Lending Task Force, GSE Policy Task Force and Independent Mortgage Bankers Council. He is past President of the Mortgage Bankers Association of the Carolinas (MBAC) and currently chairs the Legislative Committee for MBAC.
In 2011, Hank Cunningham was named the Mortgage Banker of the Year by MBAC and was presented the Andrew D. Woodward Distinguished Service Award from MBA for his dedication and prominent service to MBA and the mortgage lending industry. In 2011, he was
also elected to the Hall of Fame of the Greensboro Regional Realtors Association.
