CREF Forecasts
MBA's forecast of key commercial and multifamily real estate finance indicators includes mortgage maturity volumes, mortgage bankers originations, total multifamily lending, mortgage debt outstanding and multifamily mortgage debt outstanding. For most series, forecasts are broken out by investor group.
