Gary is an Experienced Mortgage/HR professional who has spent the last 30+ years in the industry. He has held leadership positions in Servicing in the Escrow Administration, Customer Service areas as well as Originations in Operations and Sales before moving into Learning and Development. Most of his career has been with GMAC Mortgage/ Ditech, NewRez and most recently with Freedom Mortgage where he is VP of Corp. Learning and Development. With this experience and CMB designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association, Gary became an industry known learning leader, participating in the previous MBA's Education committee, building programs to grow the next generation of mortgage bankers.

Cecilia Janson is CEO of BlueJ Strategies and serves as the Chief Delivery Officer to Blackfin Group.  Janson began her career as a mortgage loan processor in 2001 for a small IMB. She advanced quickly and was Vice President and Director of Mortgage Operations for small community bank in Charleston, SC by 2005. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Business Risk Management and System Implementations for South State Bank, N.A. Janson is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and the National Association of Minority Mortgage Bankers. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Mortgage Bankers of the Carolinas and as a Board Member for the Upstate Mortgage Lenders Association of South Carolina.  She Co-Chairs the MBA’s Education Networking Committee and is an instructor for MBA’s School of Mortgage Banking.

Lindsay Minch, Vice President, Senior Learning & Development Lead, PNC, Midland Loan Services
Based out of Cleveland, Ohio, Lindsay has worked at PNC for 15 years with a multidisciplinary focus including Marketing, Communications, Operations, Strategy & Planning, Business Experience and Human Resources, specifically Learning and Development and Leadership Development. She is passionate about creating and enabling great experiences for employees, clients and internal partners. Lindsay has been recognized for her ability to strategically collaborate across teams and build innovative learning experiences that drive engagement.

Jan Sternin, Senior Vice President, Berkadia
Jan Sternin is responsible for business development across the servicing platform as well as industry relations. Prior to joining Berkadia, she was responsible for business development, marketing and communications for Situs. Additionally, Ms. Sternin previously served as Senior Vice President of Commercial and Multifamily for the Mortgage Bankers Association and CEO of MISMO, the MBA technology initiative for creating uniform data standards for the real estate finance community.
