Steven Plaisance, CMB

MBA's Oklahoma Ambassador    

Steven Plaisance, CMB, is president, mortgage banking at Gateway First Bank. He was the Mortgage Action Alliance Chair for the 2020-2021 cycle, and is also a member of MBA’s Board of Directors and Residential Board of Governors. He is also a current member of MBA’s Investment Management Committee and the MBA State Relations Committee. Steven is an alumni of MBA’s Future Leaders program, and has been engaged at MBA conferences, including the Annual Convention, Secondary and Capital Markets Conference, and the National Advocacy Conference. He is also engaged in helping MAA as a state captain.  Steven has served on the customer advisory boards for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and several other industry partners throughout his career. He is a two-time past President of the Oklahoma Mortgage Bankers Association.
