Levi Swank is a Partner in the firm’s Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Consumer Financial Services Litigation and Enforcement practices. Mr. Swank represents banks, non-bank financial institutions, and Fintech companies in complex litigation, appellate, and government enforcement matters. He has represented clients in federal and state courts around the country, including the United States Supreme Court, and has represented numerous banks and Fintech companies in investigations and administrative enforcement proceedings initiated by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Mr. Swank is particularly expert in advising clients and defending matters related to the False Claims Act, Fair Housing Act, and the alphabet soup of feder
