He serves on the Governing Committee of the Conference on Consumer Finance Law, the California MBA and CO Mortgage Lenders Ass'n Legislative Review Committees, and as a member of the CO Division of Real Estate Forms Committee. He is a Fellow of the American College of Consumer Financial Services Lawyers, the American College of Mortgage Lawyers, and the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
