Chetan (Che) Bhatia is a Managing Director of Cyber Resilience and Engagement Management within Aon Cyber Solutions Global practice (formerly Stroz Friedberg). In this role he is responsible for helping clients all over the world proactively manage cyber and enterprise risk and leads digital forensics, cybercrime, data breach, financial crime, compliance, electronic discovery and business intelligence and investigations matters. He is often invited by the FBI and US Secret Service to provide executive debriefings on cyber and other investigative matters. Bhatia earned an MBA and master’s degree in project management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in Network and Communications from DeVry University. He also earned a CISO Executive Certificate from Carnegie Mellon Heinz College and CERT Division of Software Engineering Institute and is a graduate of the Asian Executive Leadership Program at McKinsey Executive Leadership.

With over 20 years of experience in US Mortgage Lending, Credit Cards and Global Banking, Sofia is a strong champion of collaborative risk management, security and continuous learning. Sofia is skilled in embedding effective governance programs, which are designed to adapt to the evolving risk landscape while enabling strategy and business objectives. Sofia earned her CISSP accreditation and is also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Previous employers include PHH Mortgage for 15 years and Barclays for 6 years.

Jason Shockey is the Chief Information Security Officer at Cenlar FSB, the leading mortgage loan subservicing company in the United States and committed to the success of every single one of our clients. Prior to his CISO roles Jason served 20 years active duty in the US Marine Corps as a technology leader conducting cyberspace operations, incident response, and cyber risk management. Three of those years he served with the Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF) at Ft. Meade, MD and was a liaison to the National Cyber Investigative Joint Task Force (NCIJTF). Jason is passionate about helping people get into the cybersecurity industry and leveling up throughout their career. He believes there is a place for everyone on the cybersecurity team.
