The financial services industry has seen a surge of incidents at banks, nonbanks and vendors. These system or cyber-attacks resulted in data theft for millions of customers, exposed vulnerabilities and in some cases, prohibited business from being conducted. As a result, servicers face increased oversight, and the industry is reevaluating defensive measures. This discussion explores how lenders can strengthen their resilience against these threats.

Prior to his CISO roles Jason served 20 years active duty in the US Marine Corps as a technology leader conducting cyberspace operations, incident response, and cyber risk management. Three of those years he served with the Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF) at Ft. Meade, MD and was a liaison to the National Cyber Investigative Joint Task Force (NCIJTF).
