Hotel Reservation Policies

All reservations must be secured with a credit card valid through the month of departure. Checks will be accepted. If you have special housing needs please note them in the special requests section so we can let the hotel know. A credit card is still required to hold the room. To avoid a one night's room and tax charge, reservations must be canceled at least 3 (three) days prior to scheduled arrival. No-show fees will be treated as cancellations and charged for one night's room and tax. To avoid possible early checkout fees, please advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay. A portion of the room rate will be used to offset conference expenses.

IMPORTANT
It has been brought to our attention that several travel brokers, identifying themselves as being with MBA, have been contacting MBA exhibitors and sponsors and offering hotel rooms at our conference hotels. They are not affiliated with or working for MBA and we cannot guarantee the rooms or any amenities they promise will be available as we do not have a relationship with this company. MBA is NOT working with ANY third-party booking company that will solicit you. You should instead secure a room in the MBA room block by following the hotel reservation instructions that will be provided when you register for the conference and/or receive your official confirmation from MBA.

Please contact the MBA Meetings department for questions regarding your hotel reservation.
