Once again, MBA will be hosting a tailored CREF track to allow commercial/multifamily members a chance to demonstrate our sector’s unified voice to policymakers, regulators, and key partners. Key issues like tax policy, property insurance, the GSEs’ multifamily platforms, and the efficiency of the FHA multifamily and health care programs will be front and center. We have consequential issues to solve, and our advocacy in 2025 will drive our success!
