Emily Brenner is an Executive Director and Assistant General Counsel - Home Lending at JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. Emily has vast experience in the mortgage industry including mortgage servicing and origination operations, default litigation, vendor management, compliance and risk management strategies, and exam management. Emily currently supports Home Lending Originations and Community and Affordable Lending at Chase as well as government and government enterprise lending. Emily's regulatory focus is on ECOA, FDCPA, FCRA, RESPA, SAFE Act, Sales Practices, SCRA, TCPA, and TILA while supporting her clients with regulatory guidance, inquiries and matters from the OCC, FINRA, CFPB, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA and FHA.
