Jessica Price is a Managing Director, CRE Underwriting Manager and Deputy Chief Underwriter of Wells Fargo Multifamily Capital. Jessica began her Real Estate Lending Career in 2005 with Wells Fargo and has been in the Underwriting/Credit role with Multifamily Capital, lending in partnership with the GSE Agencies since the start of her career. Jessica is a seasoned professional with 20 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry and plays a pivotal role in supporting real estate financing and growth strategies for clients interested in permanent financing with the GSE Agencies. Throughout her career, Jessica has developed a deep expertise in navigating complex transactions and fostering meaningful relationships within the commercial real estate sector and industry partners. Her commitment to excellence and innovative approach have positioned her as a trusted advisor in the field. Jessica holds a B.S. in Finance, Insurance and Business Law from Virginia Tech and resides in San Diego, CA.
