The published registration rates are subject to the membership status of your company at the start of the event. Should your company membership status change between the time of registration and the start of the event, you may be subject to a change in your rate.
*All registrants must be submitted together in order to take advantage of the listed discounted group registration rates. Any individuals submitted after this time will be registered at the existing registration rate as listed on the pricing page of the event website.

***Guest Policy
Each registrant is limited to one paid guest. A guest is defined as a spouse, significant other, friend, or an adult child (18 or over) who is not employed in the mortgage industry. Guests do not include co-workers,
business partners, public relations representatives, colleagues, or anyone else that is in the industry or an industry-related profession. Guests do not receive convention materials and badges will not contain a company name. Guest names are not published
in the official convention attendee list. Guest registration for this event includes access to convention receptions only.
Substitutions
Send requests in writing to the attention of "Registration Substitutions." Please email your substitution request by January 6 to guarantee your name
will appear on the Final Registration List. Please be aware a $50 processing fee will apply.
Cancellations and Refunds
Please email your cancellation request to us so we may process your refund. Cancellations received on or before January 6: Full refund minus
$50 processing fee. Cancellations received between January 7-January 29: Refund of 50% of the registration fee. After January 29: No refunds after this date.
Program Cancellation
In the unlikely event this program is cancelled, MBA will refund 100% of registration fees paid. MBA assumes no liability for any fees, charges, penalties, or other incidental costs that a registrant might incur
as a consequence of a program cancellation.
