Kristi Dowdle is the Head of Loan Servicing for Lument Real Estate Capital’s Servicing and Asset Management platform, joining the organization May 2020. She is responsible for overseeing all servicing and escrows functions which include new loan boarding, billing, tax, and insurance administration, UCC continuations, escrow analysis, financial reporting, loan payoffs and collateral releases. Kristi has 16 years of experience in the commercial mortgage, asset management and servicing industry and received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from University of Texas Arlington. Prior to joining Lument, she worked for Prudential Asset Resources as a Manager of Surveillance responsible for the credit monitoring, financial reporting, and risk rating process across the portfolio.

Michael Heagerty is a Principal and the Chief Financial Officer for Gantry. He oversees the financial performance, management, and strategic direction of all business lines within the company. With a focus on expanding Gantry’s platform, he drives operational enhancements, recruiting efforts, and technology initiatives to fuel the growth of the company’s loan production and servicing capabilities. Establishing Gantry’s Loan Servicing Department in 1994, Michael has played a key role in its evolution into one of the top private commercial loan servicers in the country, managing a portfolio representing over $18BB in loans. A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, Michael’s leadership extends beyond Gantry. He has served as Chair of the MBA’s Commercial/Multifamily Board of Governors (COMBOG) and was honored with the Distinguished Service Award from the MBA in 2022. Additionally, he is actively involved with Strategic Alliance Mortgage (SAM), a consortium of 20 leading US mortgage bankers, having previously served on its Executive Committee. Michael is also a valued member of the CCMS Designee Society as a regular instructor for the CCMS program. In his spare time, Michael works with local community-based organizations and as an election volunteer in the Bay Area.
Denise F. Ross is Chief Operating Officer for McCracken Financial Solutions Corp., an industry leading provider of commercial real estate servicing and asset management software. Her career has spanned over 33 years through various roles within the organization, including managing software product development and delivery, hosting services, audit & compliance, and customer management. Denise is currently focused on the evolving needs of McCracken customers in the CRE loan servicing and asset management industry and how the organization will solve them now and into the future. For over 30+ years McCracken has helped the CRE industry through the use of its flagship STRATEGY system currently managing over 180,000 CRE mortgage loans totaling almost $2 trillion dollars in value.
As a senior executive for Midland Loan Services, Mr. Shapland is responsible for the overall leadership and operation of Enterprise! Client Services. As Director, Mr. Shapland is responsible for the product strategy and direction for the Enterprise! software product suite. Mr. Shapland’s duties also include the management of the Midland Technology Services group including Business Application Management, Product Support and System Administration. Mr. Shapland acts as the business sponsor in support of Enterprise! software implementations and upgrades. Previously, Mr. Shapland managed the Insurance Company Servicing and Bank Servicing Groups. Also during his tenure at Midland, Mr. Shapland was accountable for all conversion planning, processing and conversion support. Mr. Shapland joined Midland Loan Services in 1991 and has over 30 years of financial services experience. Mr. Shapland is a graduate of Emporia State University with a BS in Finance.

He co-founded BaseCap after realizing that technology could connect the business to operational processes, driving innovation and informed accelerated decisions for financial institutions. He recognizes that institutions need solutions that are not only used in siloes, but broadly adopted, allowing business to see value sooner. Steven has previously provided expertise at Morgan Stanley and Citigroup. Steve graduated from Bentley University with a concentration in finance, accounting and technology.
