All meeting space related to MBA's Chairman's Conference requires active conference registration and a badge for attendance. The published registration rates are subject to the membership status of your company at the start of the conference. Should your company membership status change between the time of registration and the start of the conference, you may be subject to a change in your rate.

*Guest Policy
Each registrant is limited to one paid guest. A guest is defined as a spouse, significant other, friend, or an adult child (18 or over). Guests do not include co-workers, business partners, public relations representatives, colleagues, or anyone else that is in the industry or a mortgage industry-related profession. Guest registration for this event includes participation in the two separate daytime guest activities and three conference receptions and dinners. Please email your guest registration request by April 21.

Substitutions
Send requests in writing to the attention of "Registration Substitutions." Please email your substitution request by April 21 to guarantee your name will appear on the Final Registration List. Please be aware a $50 processing fee will apply.

Cancellations and Refunds
Please email your cancellation request to us so we may process your refund. Cancellations received on or before April 21: Full refund minus $50 processing fee. Cancellations received between April 22-May 16: Refund of 50% of the registration fee. After May 16: No refunds after this date.

Program Cancellation
In the unlikely event this program is cancelled, MBA will refund 100% of registration fees paid. MBA assumes no liability for any fees, charges, penalties, or other incidental costs that a registrant might incur as a consequence of a program cancellation.

FOR IN-PERSON EVENTS: Effective May 11, 2023, the White House and federal Centers For Disease Control (CDC) officially ended the COVID-19 public health emergency. Proof of minimally required COVID-19 vaccination is no longer part of the registration process. While the health emergency is over, the MBA will continue monitoring developments and supporting attendees’ choices to protect themselves, including wearing masks at MBA-sponsored events. Please be respectful of other attendees and their decisions to take preventative measures.
