MBA’s Future Leaders Program Graduates 74 Residential and Commercial/Multifamily Real Estate Finance Professionals

PHILADELPHIA (October 15, 2023) – The Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) today recognized 74 mortgage professionals – 35 from the residential market segment and 39 from the commercial/multifamily market segment – in a graduation ceremony for MBA’s Future Leaders Program held here at MBA’s 2023 Annual Convention & Expo.
“Congratulations to this year’s graduating class of the esteemed Future Leaders Program. Each of these distinguished professionals have displayed integrity, excellence, and commitment to the program and our industry,” said Mark Jones, 2024 MBA Chairman and President of Union Home Mortgage. “Their innovative ideas and strong leadership abilities will guide our industry forward and pave the way for the next generation of real estate finance professionals.”
MBA's Future Leaders Program, now in its 27th year, is the industry's premier program and enables participants to build leadership skills through experiential learning, in-person collaboration, peer group interactions, and access to best minds in the mortgage industry. The new class of graduates have successfully demonstrated enhanced executive skills and will join an exclusive network of over 750 industry professionals. This is the 10th class to include graduates who completed a program specific to commercial/multifamily real estate finance.
