Information and Rates

MBA's Mid-Winter Housing Finance Conference will be held at the Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch. MBA has secured a block of rooms at a reduced rate for registered attendees.

Once registered for the conference, attendees will receive a confirmation letter with a personalized link to secure their room. Reservations within the MBA room block will not be taken by the hotel. Each paid registrant may reserve one guestroom. You may reserve hotel accommodations only after you have registered and paid for the conference.

Discount Cutoff: Friday, January 31

The room reservation deadline does not ensure availability of rooms. If rooms are available until the deadline, you will receive the discounted hotel rate. After the deadline, reservations will be made on a space-available basis only.

Hotel Reservation Policies

All reservations must be secured with a credit card valid through the month of departure.

A non-refundable prepayment for the entire stay of the guestroom will be posted to the credit card on Friday, January 31. Please ensure any changes are made to the reservation prior to Friday, January 31.
