Historical delinquency and foreclosure rates by quarter for the US from the first quarter of 1979 to present; both seasonally adjusted and non seasonally adjusted data are included. The product is delivered electronically in MS Excel format.

Data categories included in the file are as follows:

ii. 30-59 days past due
iii. 60-89 days past due
iv. More than 90 days past due
v. Foreclosure inventory
vi. Foreclosure starts
vii. Number of loans serviced
