Pharrah Jackson

Vice President Greystone

Pharrah Jackson is a Vice President with Greystone’s Dedicated Affordable Housing Platform, responsible for assisting Borrowers in financing their multifamily housing transactions. Pharrah is also the co-host for the GLOW CRE podcast, a podcast focused on getting more women into commercial real estate. Ms. Jackson is also a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Affordable Rental Housing Advisory Council and will be Vice-Chair of the counsel for 2025. Pharrah has more than 25 years of affordable housing experience that spans production, underwriting, closing, servicing, and asset management. In her 20+ years with Greystone, she has held many roles, from VP of finance for Greystone Affordable Development to Deputy Chief Underwriter for the dedicated Affordable lending team. During her tenure with Greystone, she has been involved in financing more than 2,000 affordable housing properties totaling more than $15 billion in debt. As a leader, a team member, service provider and individual, Pharrah has always been driven by exploring the unconventional. She firmly believes that it isn’t always about pursuing the easiest route, it is about challenging the status quo and being the first to do something that hadn’t been done before. Pharrah believes that the only constant in life is change and pushes those around her to look for opportunities to innovate and grow.
