Leeza Duong
Leeza Duong is a Managing Director in Corporate and Investment Banking’s (CIB’s) Multifamily Capital (MFC) group. Leeza is a Commercial Real Estate Underwriting Director for MFC in addition to being the Development Officer for the group. Leeza specializes in underwriting and credit review for Multifamily Capital (Freddie/Fannie execution) which includes a wide array of properties including traditional and mix use apartments, mobile home parks, student housing and senior housing along with affordable properties and balance sheet lending offered by MFC. Her previous experience and market expertise includes Real Estate Capital Markets (CMBS), Balance Sheet Lending (Construction and Perm), and Commercial Mortgage Asset Management. As the group’s Development Officer, she focuses on recruiting, retaining, and engaging Interns and Analysts. In addition to her core business responsibilities, Leeza has participated in Fannie Mae’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council, Future Housing Leader, and various Wells Fargo sponsored volunteer events. Leeza joined Wells Fargo in 2001 working as an Underwriter for CMBS. She started her career at Bank of America working in San Diego and London. Leeza earned a bachelor’s degree from Chapman University in Orange, CA.
