Kristen Sieffert

As President of Finance of America Companies, Kristen Sieffert is responsible for growth and innovation for the Finance of America Reverse LLC (dba Finance of America) business, one of the largest reverse mortgage lenders in the country, committed to bringing the concept of home equity for retirement into the mainstream by empowering homeowners 55 and better, on their journey toward a modern retirement. Under Kristen’s leadership, Finance of America has become a top GNMA issuer of reverse mortgages, one of the largest retail and wholesale lenders in the industry and an employer of choice for nearly 800 professionals across the country. Kristen is focused on combining the latest technology with hands-on customer service to deliver a tailored experience for consumers and a suite of proprietary home equity-based products designed to meet consumer’s evolving financing needs. Finance of America’s HomeSafe® suite is the most comprehensive proprietary reverse mortgage offering, with HomeSafe Second being the only reverse second lien mortgage offering on the market. Prior to her role as president, Kristen served as Finance of America’s chief operating officer. Before joining Finance of America in 2012, Kristen served as acting president for San Diego-based EquiPoint and vice president for operations at One Reverse Mortgage, a Quicken Loans Company. Kristen began her reverse mortgage career in 2004 with Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corp. She earned a bachelor’s degree at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and in 2018 was accepted as a member of the San Diego Coastal Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).
