Kathleen Dufraine
Kathleen Dufraine serves as Managing Director of the Insurance Center of Excellence and Head of the Corporate Flood Program at JPMorgan Chase. With over 35 years of experience as a credentialed and licensed insurance professional, Kathleen uses her expertise to build high performing teams to ensure compliance, transform business processes, and provide insurance consultative support to the lending and servicing leaders. Kathleen is an industry leader in advocating for reform of the Flood Disaster Protection Act and speaks often on this topic. In the past, she worked with the Mortgage Bankers Association in lobbying Congress for the creation of the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act (TRIA), created the ACORD 28 Property Certificate and co-authored the “Blanket Insurance” and “Due Diligence for Force Placed Insurance” whitepapers. More recently, Kathleen contributed to the content of the first edition of the ABA’s Reference Guide to Flood Compliance.
