Jonathan Kearns is MISMO’s Vice President of Technology. Recognized as a thought leader in the mortgage technology space, Jonathan has substantial experience developing technology and product strategy, including over a decade of experience with electronic signatures, eVault’s and the eClosing process. Previously Jonathan was Senior Vice President of Technology at DocMagic, Inc., where he was responsible for their digital mortgage platforms.
Camelia Martin is Vice President of eMortgage Strategy & Industry Affairs at Snapdocs. In this role, she helps advance the digitization of mortgage closings by collaborating with a broad spectrum of industry participants including lenders, warehouse lenders, investors, and the GSEs. From her more than 17 years in mortgage finance technology, Martin has acquired deep operational, technical, and regulatory expertise in the application of eNote (electronic promissory note), eVault, and RON (remote online notarization) technologies. Throughout her career, she has led several digital mortgage initiatives for organizations such as Ginnie Mae, the Federal Home Loan Banks, and the Mortgage Industry Standards & Maintenance Organization (MISMO). Martin was selected as a 2023 Woman of Tech by Mortgage Women Magazine and as a HousingWire Woman of Influence in both 2020 and 2022. She also currently serves on several industry committees including the MISMO Residential Standards Governance Committee, Co-Chair of the MISMO eVault and Remote Online Notarization Standards Development Work Groups, and as a Senior Advisor to MISMO. Prior to Snapdocs, Martin held senior leadership positions at Falcon Capital Advisors, MERSCORP Holdings, and ICE Mortgage Technology.
Stephan, a 25-year veteran in mortgage technology, serves as the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer at the Federal Housing Finance Agency. In this role, she is responsible for managing AI risk, promoting AI innovation, and leading effective AI governance. Stephan additionally leads the Office of Financial Technology, a team responsible for supporting the Agency’s efforts to identify technology-driven development in housing finance, understand the associated risks, and facilitate the development of responsible innovation in FHFA’s regulated entities, which include Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (the Enterprises) and the Federal Home Loan Bank System, and Common Securitization Solutions. Tracy started with FHFA in 2023 after spending over 20 years with Fannie Mae in a variety of executive positions overseeing Enterprise Innovation, Data, Software Engineering, and Product Management, and Innovation. In this role she led complex digital transformation initiatives, oversaw mission-critical technology operations, and driven innovation at scale. Tracy is passionate about the responsible use of technology to solve problems and increase efficiency, particularly in housing finance. Tracy holds a bachelor’s degree in Decision Science and Information Systems from George Mason University.
