Environmental impacts are continuing to shape the way we do business and what the future looks like for the mortgage industry. Rachel Robinson is responsible for creating policy specific to collateral and developing new and innovative products in the collateral space within the Rocket Mortgage Capital Markets team. The Collateral Policy team explores new ways to approach traditional offerings around valuation, natural disaster management, and leveraging data to mitigate collateral risk. Rachel joined Rocket Mortgage in 2004 as a Mortgage Banker. After spending eight years in that space, she transitioned to leading an internal process improvement team. In that role, Rachel was responsible for evaluating efficiencies of current processes and building out new processes or system enhancement to improve efficiency or client experience. She then moved into leading the Government Credit Policy and Product Development team, immediately preceding her current role, where her team was responsible for creating and maintaining all policy and product development for VA, FHA, and USDA. Rachel currently serves as the Chair of the Residential Loan Production Committee for the Mortgage Bankers Association, is the former FHA Subcommittee chair for MBA and serves on numerous housing policy working groups. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree from Wayne State University and a Master’s degree from University of Phoenix.

George Gallagher is Senior Leader - Principal for CoreLogic’s Climate Risk & Natural Hazard Solutions team, focused on Federal Government, Capital Markets, lending and loan servicing clients. Gallagher serves as Education Co-Chair for the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization’s (MISMO’s) ESG Community of Practice (CoP) as well as the Structured Finance Association (SFA) ESG Benchmarking Committee for MBS Policy. He was named a “HousingWire Insider 2023” for his industry work supporting climate education. Gallagher joined CoreLogic in February 2012, bringing an extensive background in commercial & corporate real estate data and technology platforms, as well as commercial development & asset management experience.
Kingsley leads the Mortgage Risk Analytics practice at Verisk Extreme Event Solutions. He has held various roles in real-estate finance covering origination, servicing, private equity, and valuation. He has subject matter expertise in climate risk, stress testing, catastrophe modeling, and insurance.
Jason is a Director in RiskSpan’s product development group with an emphasis in credit modeling, business operations, and data analysis. He has experience with analytics using natural hazard and climate risk data as well as the development of analytic frameworks combining mortgage and natural hazard risk modeling.
