Jaime Becharas is the Vice President of Performance Marketing at Newrez, where she drives strategic initiatives to optimize customer engagement, retention, and business growth. With over 15 years of experience in financial services, Jaime’s passion for customer experience and data-driven insights has led her to craft innovative marketing strategies and deliver measurable results. Prior to joining Newrez, Jaime served as a Banking and Lending Industry Advisor at Salesforce, where she guided clients in leveraging technology to transform customer experiences. Before that, she was the Executive Director of Recapture, Servicing, and Correspondent marketing at JPMorgan Chase and started her mortgage career at Rocket in Wholesale and Direct to Consumer lending, focusing on partner growth opportunities and marketing. Jaime earned an MBA in Finance from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan.
