About the Event
This hands-on instructor-guided online course describes principles and strategies of key servicing functions, reviewing the important correlations and interconnectivity between business units within the servicing organization. The School of Mortgage Servicing not only reviews basic servicing functions and the potential compliance risks of not applying appropriate processes, but it also provides insights into how best to implement processes to minimize these risks.
The course is offered in a series of eight interactive two-hour Zoom webinars over a two-week period. Poll questions, chat questions, and online discussions engage the learners. To earn a certificate of completion, students are required to pass daily quizzes and a final exam.
