Christine Chandler has been with M&T since 1991 and has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. Since 2018, she has been responsible for making credit decisions for M&T RCC multifamily and healthcare transactions underwritten in the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (Agency) and Federal Housing Administration (FHA) platforms as well as managing the company’s operations and its Asset Management Group and Transformation team. Prior to that, Chandler served 13 years as the M&T RCC Chief FHA Underwriter, was a senior Fannie Mae DUS Underwriter, and previously spent several years managing the closing and delivery for FHA and Ginnie Mae transactions. Chandler has also served as a relationship manager in the company’s commercial real estate division, focusing on construction and permanent portfolio lending. Active in various committees and groups related to the mortgage banking industry, Chandler is a voting member of MBA’s Board of Directors, served as the 2023 Chair of MBA’s Commercial Real Estate/Multifamily Finance Board of Governors (COMBOG), and was appointed to MBA’s Audit Committee in 2021. She is a sought-after speaker at industry conferences and is a passionate advocate for mPower, MBA Promoting Opportunities for Women to Extend their Reach, the largest networking organization for women in real estate finance.

Mr. Brett Adams, a Senior Managing Director – Chief Servicing Officer of Berkadia Commercial Mortgage, manages Berkadia’s global servicing operations, asset management, tech initiatives, and business development for its $425 billion portfolio of commercial real estate loans. He also sits upon the Berkadia AI Council and chairs the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Servicing Council. Mr. Adams joined Berkadia and its predecessor company in 2006 and has 21 years of experience in real estate. Prior to joining Berkadia he worked in residential real estate lending with companies in both California and Arizona. Mr. Adams graduated with a BA in US History from California Polytechnic University, Pomona.

Beverly Y. Henshaw is a Cybersecurity State Coordinator (CSC) for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Region 6, servicing the Louisiana area. Beverly’s role as a CSC is to advise governments and industry on best practices for securing critical infrastructure and enhancing resilience. Beverly advises stakeholders on their cyber risk, resilience, and cybersecurity posture through assessments, workshops, and information sharing. Prior to joining CISA, Beverly worked for the Department of Interior (DOI) for over 30 years in the disciplines of Information Technology (IT) operations, risk management, continuous monitoring, cybersecurity, compliance, system integration, policy guidance, change management, and vulnerability management. Most recently, she served as Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation lead (CDM) for the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE), providing a collaborative space for information sharing amongst security and operations staff to discuss capabilities, reduce risk, mitigate vulnerabilities, and improve resilience. Beverly also performed as Deputy Associate Chief Information Security Officer and Acting Associate Chief Information Security Officer, supporting the BSEE and the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM). Beverly currently holds ISC2 Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), ISC2 Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), and Project Management Institute’s Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications. She has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering Technology from the University of Southern Mississippi.
