Charles Scott is a Vice President of Asset Management for PGIM Real Estate Loan Services. Based in Dallas, Charles overseas the FHA and Construction Asset Management teams, including the securitization of all GNMA pools and the protection/resolution of non-performing loans through various workout scenarios. In addition, he manages the Surveillance team responsible for monitoring the financial performance and physical condition of properties within the US debt portfolio. Prior to joining the firm Charles was on the debt originations side for 9 years at NorthMarq Capital in Dallas and NewMark Realty Capital in San Francisco, structuring debt solutions for permanent, bridge and construction loans. Charles earned a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University.

Mr. Babarovich joined Strategic Property Associates in 2003 and has directed the strategic planning and execution of SPA’s inspection business, SAS, since 2006. He has over 40 years of experience in most aspects of commercial real estate finance including origination, primary servicing, special servicing, asset management and dispositions, and in those capacities has personally performed thousands of inspections. Mr. Babarovich has held management positions at The Bank of New York, GMAC, Bankers Trust Company and Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, and holds a B.S. in Real Estate and Finance from University of California, Berkeley and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School. He has a California real estate broker’s license.
Ms. Lundeen leads the Agency Asset Management and Construction teams, overseeing a portfolio of $16.5 billion in multifamily assets. Her teams are responsible for conducting financial analyses, performing inspections, monitoring repairs and escrows, processing consent requests, handling construction and substantial rehabilitation draws and managing risks associated with the company’s FHA, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae portfolios. Ms. Lundeen has more than 19 years of experience in multifamily servicing and asset management. She holds the Commercial Certified Mortgage Servicing (CCMS) designation and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing Management from the University of St. Thomas in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
As Vice President, Senior Manager, Anne Seehusen oversees the day-to-day Asset Management functions for both the CMBS and Freddie Mac team. Her team is responsible for processing all Asset Management transactions, including high volume routine requests, complex transfers, modifications, and assumptions. She also oversees the Surveillance Team which is responsible for processing financials, inspections, disbursement requests and covenants. Anne joined Northmarq in 2012 as an Asset Management Analyst on the Agency team and has been a part of the Northmarq leadership team since 2015. Anne received her CCMS designation through the MBA in 2024. She holds a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration from Augsburg University and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Loras College.
