In 1999, she launched MegaStar Financial, which has ranked among the top 100 U.S. mortgage lenders over the past decade. MegaStar retains and services its agency MSR assets. Recognizing the need for innovation, Anita founded Take Three Technologies, creating LoanMAPS, an all-in-one Loan Origination Software, and TheRuleTool®, a cloud-based solution delivering instant underwriting guidelines to loan officers.
