Erin Brady

A senior attorney and compliance expert in real estate and consumer financial services, Erin Brady serves as General Counsel to Stockton Mortgage, a growing multi-channel lender operating in 30 states. Before stepping into her current role, she held roles as Senior Lead Counsel for Zillow Group, Chief Compliance Officer to Guaranteed Rate Affinity, and General Counsel for Century Mortgage Company. Brady began her career in financial services litigation prior to the housing crisis, where she assisted senior attorneys in defense of national banks and servicers. She is a former clerk and staff attorney to Kentucky’s highest courts. She has volunteered her time as an advisory board member for a high school pre-law program and as a chapter board member for the Kentucky ACC. She has been in the financial services industry for over 16 years.
