Rick Hill is the Vice President of Industry Technology at the Mortgage Bankers Association. He is responsible for managing MBA’s technology initiatives within the real estate finance industry, managing MBA’s technology committees, and developing technology content for MBA conferences and events. Before joining MBA, Hill was the Director of Data Strategy at Fannie Mae, where he was responsible for data standards and best practices, data management including the company's data warehouse, and managing the relationship with regulatory agencies relating to information requirements.

Planet Home Lending's Senior Vice President, Enterprise and Credit Risk, Christopher Joles’ analyzes and manages risks throughout the Planet Family of Companies, advising executive leaders in servicing, asset management, and retail and correspondent originations. Known for his consultative and collaborative approach, his industry knowledge spans nonbank compliance, finance, credit, operations, reputation management, vendor management, and strategic risk. Prior to joining the company, Joles was the VP of Internal Audit at Finance of America, where he performed risk assessments and evaluated potential exposures. He has also served in additional risk and internal audit leadership roles throughout the financial services vertical.
Felipe is the Sr. Manager for the AWS Housing Finance Territory. In this role, he leads a team of Account Executives and owns the relationship with Amazon customers that work in Housing Finance like Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Federal Home Loan Banks, and Housing and Urban Development. Felipe started with Amazon for in 2015 and spent his first 3 years as the General Manager for the South East for Amazon Prime Now, the two hour delivery service. He previously worked in various roles at McMaster-Carr Supply Company and Lockheed Martin. He has previously spoken at conferences on Amazon’s culture of innovation and how the company was able to launch Prime Now was launched in 111 days. Felipe holds an MBA from Duke University, and a Bachelor and Master’s Industrial and Systems Engineering
