Holly Cannon, SHRM-SCP, is Vice President of Human Resources for the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). Holly is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of MBA's overall business plan and strategic objectives, specifically in the areas of talent management, organizational and performance management, employee benefits, compensation and payroll administration. Holly serves as a strategic partner to the association's executive management team and business groups.

Holly joins MBA from the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). Holly has an SHRM Senior Professional Human Resources Certification and graduated from the University of Maryland University College with a BS in Management Studies.
