Tawn Kelley

Tawn serves as a member of the Executive Leadership team for Taylor Morrison, one of the country’s top homebuilders. As President of Taylor Morrison’s financial services suite of companies, she leads Taylor Morrison Home Funding and Inspired Title Services. In addition to those companies, Tawn is the Chairman of the company’s joint venture business, Mortgage Funding Direct Ventures that partners with Mattamy Homes and Neal Communities. Tawn has always believed that financing sells homes. In 2011, she established a free qualification improvement program to better position families for home purchase, and today her proprietary program – Able, Ready, Own – has educated and improved qualification for over 8,200 families. Tawn has been honored to be named multiple times as a Housing Wire Vanguard and Women of Influence, National Mortgage Professional’s Mortgage Lending’s Women of Inspiration, Mortgage Professional America’s Elite Women, Women Mortgage Magazines Women with Vision Award winner as well as a #NEXT Powerhouse. In 2022 Tawn expanded her commitment to the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) joining the Board of Directors in addition to serving on the Residential Board of Governors (RESBOG), Affordable Homeownership Advisory Council & Investment Committees. Tawn formerly served on the Board of Directors for STORE Capital, a publicly traded REIT since 2020 and was named Chairman of the Board December 2021 through the sale in February 2023. Most recently in July 2023, Tawn joined the Board of Directors of Skyline Champion (NYSE: SKY), the largest independent, publicly traded, factory-built housing company in North America and will serve on the Audit & Nominating and Governance Committees
