State Monthly Activity Report: Single User Subscription

A subscription to the State Monthly Activity Report provides subscribers with access to monthly state level data on retail/consumer mortgage application activity. Metrics in the report include state level purchase and refinance share, monthly and annual changes in applications by loan purpose, average loan size by loan type, share by loan type for purchase and refinance applications. This product is provided in an EXCEL Format and includes data for one year (12 issues). All data products are subject to SINGLE user license agreements.

NOTE: SUBSCRIPTION WILL START WITH NEXT MONTH OF RELEASE. DATA PUBLICATION IS AROUND MID-MONTH AND WILL BE EMAILED TO SUBSCRIBERS.
