The State Monthly Activity Historical Report provides detailed state level data on retail/consumer direct mortgage application activity dating back to January 2011. Metrics in the report include state level purchase and refinance share, monthly and annual changes in applications by loan purpose, average loan size by loan type, share by loan type for purchase and refinance applications.
