Fast Forward 360 Leadership Assessment: By Phone

Fast Forward 360 is a proprietary qualitative report designed to illuminate an individual’s strengths and growth areas. This report can be used as an add on to your MBA/Fast Forward  4-6 month 1:1 or 6 month 1:1 executive coaching program.

Engaging with a Fast Forward coach by phone creates a safe environment, which will encourage an open dialogue, and allow for the coach to ask probing questions which uncover nuances and insights that may be omitted or ambiguous in an online assessment. Phone interviews provide a deeper exploration into specific challenges, behaviors, and interactions shared by the individual’s manager, peers, and direct reports to reveal an individual’s true strengths and areas for opportunity. Verbatim responses to 8 key questions are organized thematically and shared with the coachee.
