Subsequent to the release of MBA’s 2020 Commercial/Multifamily Originations Rankings, Wells Fargo provided a revised submission that includes additional enterprise commercial real estate origination data for 2020 that was initially excluded. The previous submission for Wells Fargo included originations for the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) line of business that resides under the Corporate & Investment Banking Division (CIB) and excluded Commercial Banking (CB) and Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) commercial real estate originations for 2020.
Those revised figures are not included in the MBA’s 2020 Commercial/Multifamily Origination Rankings but can be requested – and shared with others internally – as a supplement to the report by emailing [email protected].
