Steve Schachter

Steve Schachter is a seasoned executive with extensive experience leading growth strategies and building high-performing teams in the mortgage industry. In his current role as EVP and Head of Growth Strategy for Moder Solutions LLC, the company has continued to achieve industry-leading growth, more than doubling its client base and revenues since he joined in February 2024. Previously, Schachter held key roles at Sourcepoint, including President and EVP Sales and Marketing, where the company achieved 10x growth during the 6 years of his leadership. He has been recognized with several industry awards, including the HousingWire Vanguard Award in 2021. Schachter has also led his teams to earn recognition from the Everest Group as a Peak Performer for Mortgage Services and Nelson Hall as a Mortgage Services Provider Leader.
