Richard Marion, CCMS

Rich Marion is currently a Senior Vice President and Chief Asset Manager for M&T Realty Capital Corporation (“M&T RCC”), which includes oversight of the asset management team and all operations and management of the RCC servicing portfolio consisting of 1,500 loans and $26 billion in assets.

Rich has over 30 years of experience in asset management, servicing, special servicing, and portfolio & risk management. Prior to joining M&T Rich was a Senior Vice President on the Agency Finance Asset Management team at Capital One and held senior positions at Newmark, formerly Berkeley Point Capital/Berkshire Mortgage, and MNC Mortgage Corporation. Rich assisted in developing and currently teaches the MBA Multifamily Property Inspection Workshop and earned the CCMS designation from the MBA in 2014.
