Mr. Previn has extensive experience representing financial institutions in a wide range of regulatory examinations, investigations, and enforcement actions brought by myriad federal and state government agencies, including the CFPB, OCC, FDIC, FRB, DOJ, FTC, HUD, and state attorneys general and state banking regulators. He also defends financial services companies in consumer class actions around the country.
