Justin Wiseman is Vice President and Managing Regulatory Counsel in the Public Policy and Industry Relations department at the Mortgage Bankers Association. Justin manages MBA’s Regulatory Policy team that covers legal issues, trends in litigation, regulatory compliance matters, and servicing as well as provides strategic direction to advance MBA member priorities on regulatory and legal matters. This team also analyzes pending rules and legislation, provides comments on behalf of MBA members on pending rules or regulations and helps develops MBA’s posture towards innovation and innovation policy. Prior to this, he staffed MBA’s Loan Administration committee, providing policy development insights and working with stakeholders to advocate on behalf of the industry.

Glass is a partner in K and L Gates’s consumer financial services practice. Glass advises fintechs, banks, and their investors on compliance with fair lending and consumer financial services laws. He defends clients against state and federal agency civil enforcement actions, and against private lawsuits and class actions asserting claims under state and federal consumer protection laws. Glass assists clients in conducting internal audits and investigations, preparing for supervisory examinations, and responding to regulatory investigations. Glass’ multi-faceted approach to problem-solving delivers seamless solutions to clients' legal challenges and assists businesses in achieving integrated solutions to managing risk. Kari Hall counsels financial services companies on regulatory, compliance, and enforcement matters, with a focus on consumer lending and retail banking. Ms. Hall advises banks and non-banks on complex regulatory matters, risk management, and enforcement matters across deposits, payments, mortgage, auto lending, and open-ended credit. She has deep experience advising on deposit account and card products, services, and disclosures, electronic fund transfers and other electronic transfers and payments, fair lending, fair servicing, and UDAAP. She advises clients regarding product development and compliance and represents clients in internal reviews and investigations, as well as examinations, investigations, and enforcement actions by government agencies and state regulators.

Olivia Kelman focuses her practice on financial institutions and services litigation, compliance, and enforcement matters, with a concentration on fair and responsible lending and servicing. She has successfully litigated on behalf of clients in federal district and circuit courts, as well as in state trial and appellate courts. Olivia also defends investigations, examinations and enforcement actions by the United States Department of Justice and federal and state financial institutions regulators. Olivia has represented clients large and small, including residential mortgage lenders, banks, mortgage insurers, loan servicers, appraisal management companies, real estate sales corporations and industry trade groups.
