Steven A. Milner has over 4 decades of experience in the Mortgage Banking industry having started his career as a Loan Officer in 1981 while working as a High School Math Teacher on Long Island. Currently, Milner is the Founder and CEO of US Mortgage Corporation, an Independent Mortgage Banker licensed in 49 States and Washington, D.C. which he founded in 1994. Milner is very active with the National Mortgage Bankers Association and in June 2019 he was appointed President of the New York Mortgage Bankers Association. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Suffolk County Community College on Long Island and is on the Board of Directors of The Mortgage Collaborative. He is very involved with Habitat for Humanity throughout Long Island and in other states, and is active with the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). US Mortgage was just recognized by the Scotsman Guide as one of the Top Workplaces for 2025.

Rep. Ritchie Torres is a fighter from the Bronx who spent his entire life working for the community he calls home. Like many in the South Bronx, poverty and struggle have never been abstractions to him. At 25, Ritchie became NYC’s youngest elected official and the first openly LGBTQ person elected in the Bronx. He represents New York’s 15th Congressional District and is a member of the Financial Services Committee and the Select Committee on the Strategic Competition Between the U.S. and the Chinese Communist Party.
