Christine Chandler is the 2024 MBA Vice Chair. Christine Chandler has been with M and T since 1991 and has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience. As COO/CCO, Chandler has been responsible for making credit decisions for M and T Realty Capital Corporation (RCC) multifamily and healthcare transactions underwritten in the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (Agency) and FHA platforms as well as managing the company operations. In addition, the Asset Management Group and Transformation Team, including technology and process improvement, report to Chandler. She serves on both the MBA Audit and DEI committees; former Chair of the MBA Commercial Real Estate/Multifamily Board of Governors (COMBOG) and former co-Chair - MBA Affordable Rental Housing Advisory Committee.

Greg Tuttle is senior vice president and product line executive, leading Assurant’s Global Housing lender-placed insurance and loss draft businesses. In this role, Tuttle sets the vision for those businesses, oversees the achievement of their strategic objectives, and is responsible for their ongoing performance. He joined the Global Housing business team in 2018 as vice president and product management leader responsible for the daily management of the lender-placed insurance product. Prior to 2018, Greg served as vice president and practice counsel at Aon, plc, providing legal direction and leadership for Aon’s Consumer Affinity businesses. Before joining Aon, he served as lead counsel in Assurant’s legal group, supplying legal guidance and support to Assurant’s lender-placed insurance and flood insurance businesses. Tuttle received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law and his bachelor’s degree from California State University, Northridge.

Pete Mills is Senior Vice President of Residential Policy and Strategic Industry Engagement at the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). In this position, he leads MBA's residential policy team and state and local advocacy program, and directs MBA's residential member engagement efforts across the MBA value platform. Mills is an experienced financial services industry executive with more than 30 years of expertise in public affairs, government relations, public policy and research, all in the housing and mortgage finance arena. Prior to joining MBA, he served as Managing Director and co-founder of the Community Mortgage Banking Project, a public policy organization that represented the interests of companies and coalitions involved in the housing and mortgage finance industries.

As the Chief Risk Officer at Servbank, Shayna Arrington is responsible for overseeing the Bank’s Enterprise Risk and Compliance Management Programs. This includes oversight of Bank risk assessments and evaluation of related controls, all things regulatory compliance, and regulatory relations. Arrington chairs the Bank’s Risk Committee and is a critical voice in the Bank’s corporate governance structure, risk management approach, and culture of compliance. She previously served as the Chief Compliance Officer at The Money Source Inc. (TMS), where she was responsible for compliance across all business channels, including Correspondent, Servicing, Subservicing, and formerly the company’s Retail and Wholesale Origination Channels. She previously worked at a mortgage banking focused law firm where she served as outside compliance counsel to a variety of lenders, servicers, and industry vendors. She has extensive government and regulatory experience, including time at the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Department of Justice. Shayna has been named to Housing Wire’s Women of Influence, National Mortgage Professional’s 40 under 40 Influential Achievers, a Five Star Women in Housing finalist for the Authentic Leader Award, and most recently honored by American Banker as one of The Most Powerful Women in Banking, Next Honoree. She is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and the American Bankers Association where she actively participates on several committees and industry lobbying efforts around regulatory changes and their potential impact on Bank business.
Patrick Couture brings 30 years of mortgage servicing expertise to Planet Home Lending, where he leads the development and enhancement of the company’s servicing platform. Drawing on his deep experience in both investor and servicer roles, his technology-driven approach focuses on optimizing loan performance and expanding Planet’s capabilities to manage a range of complex loan products. Couture’s background includes senior roles at Goldman Sachs, where he advanced portfolio performance in the Realty Management and Consumer & Investment Management Divisions. At Lone Star Funds/Hudson Advisors, he managed private equity investments such as Caliber Home Loans. He also held positions at Nationstar Mortgage, Fairbanks Capital, Homecomings Financial, and Capstead Mortgage.
David Schneider is President and CEO at Cenlar. He is an accomplished and highly regarded mortgage banking executive with deep financial and mortgage servicing expertise. Schneider was named President of Cenlar in 2023 and then CEO in May of 2024. His career spans over 35 years in public accounting, consumer banking, and mortgage banking. Prior to joining Cenlar, he served in executive leadership positions for several mortgage companies, including the President of CitiMortgage, President of WaMu Home Loans, CEO of Lone Star-backed Vericrest, President of Ditech, and CEO of Blackstone-backed Stearns Lending. From 2008 to 2012, he served as JPMorgan’s National Servicing and Default Operations Executive. Schneider started his career at KPMG and then at Old Kent Financial as EVP of Retail Banking. He received a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Babson College. He also earned his CPA designation in the State of Connecticut.
Courtney Thompson, EVP Head of Servicing at CMG Financial, has over 20 years of experience in high-risk regulatory solution management, operations, innovation, and human-first strategies. Passionate about bringing the consumer to the forefront of converged mortgage universe through the delivery of meaningful, connected, efficient solutions, she has held executive roles in technology, fintech, consulting and servicing operations. Committed to the fact that “there’s got to be a better way,” Courtney is leading by example with CMG’s new servicing strategy. She has a real knack for deploying innovation in legacy processes.
