As senior managing director, Jack oversees Nuveen Real Estate’s CRE debt business globally including originations, portfolio management and business development activities. Previously, he was the lead portfolio manager and head of the TIAA General Account portfolio management team. Other roles include heading capital markets activities and managing commercial mortgage production teams. At J.P. Morgan Chase his roles included CMBS lending, RE asset dispositions and loan workouts. Jack graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. in Finance from NYU. Jack holds industry leadership positions such as member/Vice Chair of the Commercial Board of Governors for MBA, and member of the Board of Governors of CREF-C.

Patrick Mattson is a Managing Director at KKR and is the Chief Operating Officer of the Real Estate Credit group and the President and Chief Operating Officer of KKR Real Estate Finance Trust Inc. (NYSE: KREF). He is a member of the Real Estate Credit Investment Committee and Portfolio Management Committee. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Mattson was a managing director at Rialto Capital Management and led the mezzanine debt platform. Prior to Rialto, he was at Morgan Stanley and held various positions within the commercial real estate groups, most recently on the securitized products trading desk where he was responsible for the structuring, distribution and pricing of new issue Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS). Prior to Morgan Stanley, he was at Deloitte and Touche focused on the firm's CMBS practice. Mr. Mattson received a B.A. from the University of Virginia and is a CFA charterholder. He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) Commercial/Multifamily Board of Governors.

Gregory Michaud is Head of Real Estate Finance at Voya Investment Management, responsible for the oversight of sourcing, underwriting, asset management and portfolio management for the commercial real estate loan platform. The Real Estate Finance team of 60 professionals manages $16 billion most of which is comprised of third-party money from 29 separate managed accounts consisting of domestic insurance companies, banks and pension funds and an open-ended debt fund with $1.2 billion of equity. Additionally, he serves on the executive leadership team, the U.S. Credit Committee and chairs the CMBS Steering Committee. Prior to joining the firm as a real analyst, Greg was a real estate appraiser focused on commercial properties and eminent domain cases in the Southeastern U.S. Greg is an active member of several distinguished real estate industry groups, including the Urban Land Institute (Urban Development Mixed Use Blue Flight), Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (Chairmen Emeritus), Mortgage Bankers Association (COMBOG Board Member) and The National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers. Additionally, he is on The Florida State University College of Business Real Estate Advisory Board and on the SMIF Industry advisor board at Kennesaw State University. Greg earned an Executive MBA from the University of Georgia, an MBA in finance from Kennesaw State University, a BS in Real Estate from Florida State University and a Certificate in Ancient and Classical Studies from AMU.
