Joseph Prince (Joey) is currently the Senior Vice President of Loan Transfers, Advance Management, and Claims for Newrez Mortgage Servicing & Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing. Prince has spent the last 21 years in loan servicing management and oversight in the areas of servicing transfers, end of year tax reporting, special loans, investor accounting, investor reporting, payment processing, advance management, claims, and analytics. Over the last 14 years he has led the Newrez/Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing transfer team in completing more than 9,000 transfers with various product types. He is currently the chair for the MISMO Development Work Group for Servicing Transfers.

With over 25 years of mortgage servicing experience, he has supported implementation of wide range of industry changes around mortgage servicing. Haris’ primary areas of responsibility at ICE Mortgage Technology are in the investor and agency reporting capabilities.

Sujatha Viswanathan serves as Senior Director of Servicing Data Strategy within Freddie Mac’s Single-Family Portfolio and Servicing Division. She leads strategic initiatives to transform servicing data management across the mortgage industry. In this role, Ms. Viswanathan and her team work to bridge standardization gaps between Single-Family’s front-end and back-end mortgage processes, ultimately improving risk management and servicing transfer efficiency. A leader with broad mortgage servicing and data governance experience, Ms. Viswanathan is also responsible for advancing cross-functional collaboration with servicers, industry participants and internal stakeholders to ensure data transparency and accessibility while maintaining strict quality standards. With Freddie Mac since 2009, Ms. Viswanathan has served in various capacities, such as servicing quality assurance and remedy, servicer communications, as well as program manager for the Home Affordable Refinance Program (HARP). Prior to joining Freddie Mac, she worked at Capital One. Ms. Viswanathan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and a Master of Science from the George Washington University.
