Based in West Des Moines, IA, Derek is currently a Senior Vice President of Business Development at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital where he focuses on capital markets, third party servicing, new business opportunities, and client relations. Prior to joining Grandbridge in 2020, he worked at Cohen Financial where he held multiple operational and managerial roles within the third party servicing and asset management teams. Derek attended college at the University of Northern Iowa where he majored in both Finance and Real Estate.

Sara Anzinger is Senior Vice President of Strategy and ESGx at Measurabl, where she leads an incubator for ESG data and cross-functional growth initiatives requiring coordination across product, strategic partnerships, marketing and sales. Her 20+ years of experience in real estate finance, banking, and sustainability inform her intrapreneurial spirit. She established Fitch Ratings’ sustainable finance initiative in the Americas and managed the company-wide roll-out of ESG Relevance Scores, developed net new debt and fixed income initiatives for GRESB, and led Measurabl capital markets product development and sales. Prior experience includes various real estate-related roles at PNC Bank, Royal Bank of Canada, and iCap Realty Advisors.

George Gallagher is a Sr. Principal, Market Lead: Government and Capital Markets at Cotality (formerly CoreLogic). His focus is primarily on Capital Markets, commercial and residential lending and loan servicing, and U.S. Federal/State Government. Gallagher joined Cotality in February 2012, bringing an extensive background in commercial and corporate real estate data and technology platforms, as well as commercial development and asset management experience.

Heather Wright helps a broad variety of clients identify operational risks and determine business solutions to mitigate those risks, with a particular focus on advising clients about risk management through insurance. She provides regulatory and compliance advice to lenders regarding property insurance and flood insurance. In addition, she represents commercial property owners and managers, as well as real estate developers and general contractors, in the negotiation of insurance provisions in sales contracts, debt service agreements, leases, management agreements and construction contracts.
