Liz Friedman is Vice President of Insurance and Risk Management at The Community Preservation Corporation (CPC), a nonprofit affordable housing Community Development Financial Institution headquartered in New York. She oversees insurance compliance, procurement and enterprise risk management across CPC’s commercial real estate and lending portfolios. With a background in insurance underwriting, operations, and marketing, and as a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and licensed insurance broker, Liz brings broad industry expertise to assessing exposures, securing appropriate coverage, and leading proactive risk mitigation efforts. She manages a team that collaborates across servicing, asset management, origination, equity, and policy teams to support deal execution and safeguard CPC’s mission-driven initiatives. With a focus on operational resilience and a passion for industry collaboration, Liz helps CPC navigate emerging risks while supporting the long-term sustainability of affordable housing and community revitalization efforts.

Rick has been with CBRE Loan Services, Inc. since January of 2023 in the Loan Services Operations department. His team reviews and ensures borrower provided insurance is compliant with both lender and loan agreement requirements. The insurance team manages compliance across all asset classes for Agency, institutional, private client and high-profile borrowers. Rick has over 27-years’ experience in the insurance industry, with 20 of those years being a licensed agency owner. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing with a minor in Psychology from Louisiana State University in 1997.

Rachel Vaccaro is the Assistant Vice President, Insurance Manager at Colliers Mortgage, LLC. She joined Colliers in 2024 and has over 10 years of experience in insurance compliance/servicing operations, as well as 8 years in commercial property management. Her team at Colliers handles the insurance compliance review for both prefunding deals and annual policy renewals to ensure coverage is compliant with specified lender requirements and loan agreements including Fannie, FHA/HUD, and over 35 life companies. She earned her Master of Business Administration from Canisius University, in Buffalo, NY.

Christina Wagner is a Senior Vice President for Grandbridge Real Estate Capital LLC. She has over 25 years of experience in Servicing including Loan Administration, Asset Management, Cash Management, Compliance and Systems Administration/Development. Christina has also held leadership positions with Situs, ACRE Capital, Pillar Capital and Truist Bank. Her collective roles have provided for diversified experience in all Commercial Real Estate products and related parties, from Borrower to Servicer and Lender/Investor.
