Victor Calanog is the Head of Commercial Real Estate Economics at Moody’s Analytics. Prior to the acquisition he served as the Chief Economist and Senior Vice President at REIS. He is responsible for Moody’s Analytics Reis’s market forecasting, valuation, thought leadership, and advisory services. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), serves as Managing Editor for the CRE Finance Council, and is part of the Board of Directors of the Counselors of Real Estate.
Ms. Sternin is responsible for industry and rating agency relations as well as leadership development initiatives across the servicing platform. Prior to joining Berkadia, she was responsible for business development, marketing, and communications for Situs. Additionally, Ms. Sternin previously served as Senior Vice President of Commercial and Multifamily for the Mortgage Bankers Association and CEO of MISMO, the MBA’s technology initiative for creating uniform data standards for the real estate finance community. Previously, Ms. Sternin held the position of Senior Vice President at Midland Loan Services responsible for marketing and sales activities.

Stacy Ackermann is a finance partner in the firm’s Charlotte office, the leader of the firm’s global finance practice, and a member of the firm’s management committee. Her work includes the representation of servicers, lenders, investors, and other market participants in all aspects of various real estate finance and structured credit transactions. Stacy has extensive experience representing servicers of commercial mortgage-backed securities, including securitizations, the purchase and sale of servicing rights and loan workout and restructurings. She also regularly represents servicers and lenders in all other aspects of asset management and regulatory compliance.
Kevin Fagan is a senior director and Head of CRE Economic Analysis at Moody’s Analytics, responsible for research, thought leadership and strategic initiatives for the MA CRE group, with a focus on climate risk and ESG. He was formerly director of research in the Moody’s Investors Service CMBS team for ten years. Prior to joining Moody’s Analytics, Fagan held CRE research roles at ING Clarion and Jones Lang LaSalle. He also practiced as a structural engineer, designing large scale commercial buildings in California. He holds an M.S. in commercial real estate development and finance from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.S. in architectural engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
Drew D. Fung, equity owner and Managing Director, is the co-Portfolio Manager for Clarion’s Debt Investment Fund. He oversees the Firm’s subordinate debt investment activities in various types of commercial real estate debt instruments, including mezzanine loans, B-notes, and preferred equity interests. Drew is a member of the Debt Investment Committee, which approves all of the Firm’s financing activities, and a member of Clarion’s ESG Committee and Subcommittee on Resilience. Drew joined Clarion Partners in 2012 and began working in the real estate industry in 1987. He has comprehensive commercial real estate experience, including more than 20 years focused on subordinate debt that includes all property types and capital structures. He is a former Chair of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Urban Development/Mixed-Use Council, a member of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC) Board of Governors, a frequent speaker at industry events, and has provided expert testimony to the U.S. Senate Banking Sub Committee regarding the impact of regulation on commercial real estate financing markets.
