Tara Healy, CMB, CML

Tara Healy, CMB, is currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer at Lennar Mortgage. She brings over two decades of expertise in originations, operations management, and compliance. Before joining Lennar Mortgage, Healy spent 8 years at Cherry Creek Mortgage as Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to this, she spent 15 years at LenderLive, culminating in her role as Director of Corporate Compliance. A dedicated advocate for the mortgage banking industry, Healy has held significant leadership roles, including past President of the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association (CMLA) Board of Directors. She currently serves as a Board of Governor for the CMLA and Chair of the CMLA Legislative and Regulatory Affairs Committee (LARAC). She is the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) CO State Ambassador and previously chaired the MBA State Legislative and Regulatory Committee.

Tara actively participates in MBA conferences, contributing to the industry's dialogue at events such as the Annual Convention, State and Local Workshop, National Advocacy Conference, and Legal Issues and Regulatory Compliance Conference. Tara obtained her CMB in 2018.
