Ashley 'Alli' Cassetty

With over 15 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, Ashley L. ‘Alli’ Cassetty is a powerhouse in fundraising, nonprofit administration, and strategic communications. She has dedicated her career to advancing mission-driven organizations, particularly in the areas of affordable housing, education, and health services. An expert in board governance and event-driven fundraising, Cassetty has a proven track record of securing critical resources, fostering strategic partnerships, and designing innovative campaigns that drive impact. Cassetty has served as the Executive Director the Mortgage Bankers Association of Louisville since 2021, and, as of November 2024, is also the Executive Director of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Kentucky. In these roles, she promotes continuing education and sustainable homeownership while strengthening industry collaboration across the state. Originally from Bowling Green, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in History and Humanities from the University of Louisville and a Master’s degree in Business Communication from Spalding University. Additionally, she has advanced training and education in event and meeting planning and fundraising. Her commitment to service is evident in her leadership roles, including as Past President of the Junior League of Louisville. She is also actively involved with River Fields, where she helps spearhead fundraising efforts for environmental conservation along the Ohio River Corridor.
