Bob Niemi, CMB, is the Director of Government Affairs for Weiner Brodsky Kider PC who brings a unique perspective from his experience and relationships to advise lenders on a wide array of regulatory and compliance matters. His commitment to the industry extends beyond his day-to-day responsibilities at WBK, serving as the Chair of the American Association of Residential Mortgage Regulators Advisory Council and Chair of the Certified Mortgage Banker Society for the MBA. Bob's contributions to the mortgage industry have been instrumental in shaping regulatory practices, including national efforts to reform state remote work legislation and policies and was awarded the Outstanding State & Local Association Leadership Award by the MBA in 2024. However, Bob is not an attorney.

With over 35 years of experience in the mortgage industry, currently serves as the President of Mortgage at Bank of Tennessee. Tammie's leadership has consistently delivered results across Retail, Consumer Direct, Wholesale, Reverse, and Correspondent sectors, focusing on improving efficiency in mortgage operations. She has managed servicing portfolios and successfully led organizations with originations varying from 2 to 7 billion dollars. Tammie served as the President of the Nashville Mortgage Bankers Association in 2022 and was a board member for five years. She earned the Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation in 2019, highlighting her top-tier expertise recognized by the Mortgage Bankers Assc. Tammie resides in Nashville, Tn with spouse Don, she has 3 daughters & 5 grandchildren

Kate McDougall is a seasoned mortgage professional with 28 years of industry experience. Starting as a loan officer, she built a strong foundation in mortgage lending before transitioning to a branch manager role in 2006. In 2022, McDougall advanced to Vice President of Mortgage Production, overseeing sales and driving growth. A dedicated industry expert, she earned the Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation in 2020 and the Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation in 2022. With a passion for leadership and customer-focused lending, McDougall works to continue to make an impact in the mortgage industry. She is an active board member with the Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association, currently serving as Advocacy Chair and Immediate Past President.
